I need to install my stock intake to smog, my question is, do I need to re-install the sound generator for it to pass smog? Do I need to install the full factory intake? Can I just remove the alta map sensor and screw the stock back letting the alta hang while I get it smogged? I forgot how to install the stock intake. Can anyone help?????anyone located in Elk Grove ca with a stock cooper s I can look at how the factory intake looks or can help?
