that could be a possibility, really depends on demand, as it takes ALOT of money for R&D

Can't imagine it would take much R&D at all. All you need is the following...

1. A plastic tube
2. An air filter
3. A clamp so it doesn't fall off
4. Sell $10 worth of materials to MINI owners for $100's and make a boat load of cash.

Seriously. The people here who pay big bucks for a some plastic and foam are hilarious.

I was thinking more of an DNA or duelll cai where the expansion tank must be moved.

Those only work on North American cars because they don't have MAF sensors that would need to be relocated. I guess an extension cord of some type would work.

Haha yeah which is why I want one so bad. The new heat shield should help with that so the maf sensor wouldn't melt if it was relocated

I think I should produce of how our mad man engineers do there thing over at Evolve HQ, they do multiple testing, they go through 10 to 20 design changes.

What i would like to see... Keep stock cold air inlet. Use a dry high flow filter. Tune it to give some intake sound. Keep the price reasonable.

I see you guys use a stratasys printer. How's it hold up on the test cars? If only I could use mine at work for personal use...

works well, and you only want it for sound?

Flow as primary, but I do miss the sound of a more open intake. I have the stock intake back on my 2010 right now and it is too quiet. I previously had the ddmworks ris.

Others may want it quieter, but I like the full experience of a turbo car.

Got my catless dp from Evolve. I ran into some trouble with the bracket not allowing me to line up the top portion to the turbo. I basically hit the bracket with a hammer until it fit. It luckily worked and I installed it partially in the rain and in the dark. But it got done and it sounds pretty damn good.
Thanks Alex.

Was there any damage to the box or anything all de-cats were tested and that should not have happened. Sorry for the inconveniences, and glad it worked out. Wanna post a video for us

No damage to the box..It was quite simple to install, but it took a while to decide what to do. The bracket was welded in the right place but it may have gotten bent in the shipping since it was about a 1/4in. off.
