A/C issues

I have a 2010 Cooper S and the A/C is blowing hot air. Was going to buy one of those A/C pro kits for $40 instead of spending a lot more to get it fixed at Mini. Anyone have any success using one of those with a Mini? Is the low pressure port hard to find? Thanks

Dont waste your money on the recharge kit. Take it to an A/C guy he can put the gauges on it and tell you what wrong. Probally less than the $40 for the kit. If you are still under warranty take it to mini if not find a local shop that does AC

Is your car stock? If it is lowered, there is a common issue with the passenger side drive shaft rubbing against an AC line. If your car is stock, then it is likely something else, go see a professional.
