My MINI tech uses BMW oil only. I asked him who currently makes BMW oil and he said Pennzoil. I then asked if I can’t find BMW oil for a top off which Pennzoil flavor should I use and he said Pennzoil EURO L 5w30.

Same here, I changed my oil every 4 k on my 2016 countryman S since I drive infrequently and a year will go by. For years I consumed on 1qt per 4,000 miles. Now since my last change and switching from 0w-30 to 5w-30 I consume about 1qt every 1,500 miles. Everything is the same , same driving style same heated garage everything.
