Anyone who has recently placed an order on a 2013 MINI...what kind of wait times are you looking at? I'm possibly looking at an R56 Cooper S (possibly JCW) or an R55 Clubman S (possibly JCW).

Back when I ordered my '03 R53 MCS, I waited about 3-months for delivery...I'm hoping those wait times have come down.

 

Ordered 1 Apr...picked up 5 May.....it depends on where your dealer has allocations in the assembly line ...or so I was told...

 

I ordered April 21 and should have it by June 8. I'm on the west coast, so I get extra boat time

 

Lots of info in the "Those waiting for a 2013" thread in the 1st Gear forum. From placing the order to the car being built might only be a couple of weeks; the rest is the car being transported to you. From what I understand, time has almost run out to factory order an R56, but you shouldn't expect any long delay if you do go ahead soon.

 

Ordered my MCS March 24th and I picked it up May 8th. Pretty quick delivery even for being on the West Coast.

 

Ordered mine on May 13th. Received note from Hendrick Mini it was out of production awaiting transport to US.

 

Isn't the cut off for ordering a 2013 MINI just about up? If not up already?...lol.

 

Maybe close...but not up. Placed my order last night

 

Ordered 5/21 and it entered production today at 8AM according to the CS Rep on the phone.

Estimated completion date is June 5th.
