Car Dash Cam App

The App I have been playing with is Car Camera DVR Lite 1.2.6 by AppAnnex LLC out of iTunes App Store.

There are many there too! I think I will try the Barnacle to hold iTouch first then the item that is an accessory on blackboxmycar. Check out the video on the website for that one it picks up Gym Plate Weights! Yikes.

Pretty nice App. Would love to use it on a Mountain Drive.

I hope I have similar luck, but living in crowded New Jersey probably means I'll get a ding or 2. I've already had to have one removed by a paintless dent repair guy (my mountain bike fell over and hit my door).
As for this fancy new system, I cant see myself as having the time or patience to stick that on every time I leave the car....I'll just park as far away from other cars as possible. Sometimes that means parking in an end spot where no car can park on the other side, as far away from the line bordering another space. So far, so good with that strategy.

I always park next to the nearest planter. I will park really close to minimize door dings. Really makes me sick to know some people will just carelessly smash their door and into your car. I had two on mine from some people, lucky I had a dent guy I know take them out.

Planter

Planter?

Sorry I could not resist. Any dogs wash your wheels? I don't have that problem downtown, but have to watch out for the drunks! They pee on any old garage wall.

And it is so bad here Marta has installed urine detectors in their elevators - big article in the paper.

Do they make tire covers? Kidding.....
