Yes it works the same on your countryman and is really a great mod for the money.
If you need one we keep them in stock

I have installed the NM arm insert last weekend and I can't feel any great improvement as I could read here.

May be because there is a lot of vibration at neutral/idle (800RPM) in the pedals and footwell (I have a manual and I can feel the vibration on the 3 pedals plus the floor) and I'm just paying attention to that.

There is not any vibration at all when launching, accelerating nor driving (city/highway).
The arm insert was properly installed (flexible parts installed without problems and checked, and the small metal retain bracket installed with the original bolt as in the instructions pictures). The re torque the bolt to the the spec (108Nm).

Since it's a flexible material I hope there is a "time" to get the car to be quite as soon as it is used.
If not, I will be removing the inserts.

There is any advice or any additional step missed to remove the vibration?

More than 1 month and the vibration is still there.
I was thinking on increase the idle RPM value from 750 to 800/900, where the vibration is not present at all...

I had mine in for a year and it still vibrated noticeably at idle. Finally got annoyed enough and just took it out.

I thought the vibration was reduced, but yesterday a friend was driving the car and asked me "why do your footwell vibrate in this way???".
My feet are getting accustomed, but the vibration continues.
I'm going to wait a few months and if I can not find a definitive solution, I'll uninstall them.

Thank you for your comment.

I put in the PowerFlex Race bushing last year. It did quicken up throttle response noticeably but I have a Manic tune also and it accentuates any changes. Shifting was also just slightly crisper especially when going over bumps, but it was again not a huge change.
Vibration is up. It's acceptable to me in the summer. In the winter it all stiffens up and would likely be offensive to some.
I'm going to put in the front PowerFlex bushing soon and see what happens.

PowerFlex Race (harder) seems to generate a lot of vibration more than "normal" PowerFlex.
In my case I have the NM, which supposedly generate less vibration than "normal" PowerFlex.
Clearly, I have not been lucky...
