Hello Mini Gurus,
I just purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper S Hardtop and I have the Mini Connected without Nav. One of my buddies gave me a Armrest Snap In Adapter for the iPhone and everything on it works except I get no audio (Connected App works, Pandora displays but no Audio, and iPod controls work but also without audio). I took it over to a Mini Dealer and they let me try out a few different adapters but all of the Media Adapters gave the same result and the Music Adapters did not work at all. I have a 4S so I was thinking maybe that was the issue but the MA I was talking to had a 4 so he tried his in all the adapters as well but no audio.

Has anybody else had this issue? I'm wondering if something was updated on the 2013 that is causing problems. My buddy had a 2012 and it worked perfectly. Any ideas? Thank you for your help and I'm super excited to join this community of fellow Mini enthusiasts

 

No idea what it could be but the dealer needs to sort it out for you.
