electrical issues (wipers, radio, dsc)

So I just finished replacing the clutch, and now the car has numerous electrical issues. The DSC warning light is on, saying it needs to be serviced by a dealer. I tried a suggested fix of turning the steering wheel from lock to lock several times but the problem persists. Also the radio display works fine, however no sound is coming from the speakers no matter which radio station or cd song I try to play (thought it was muted but it isn't). Lastly the wipers come on after I shut off the ignition and don't stop until I fully remove the key fob. They don't come on when the car is running. Needless to say, I'm confused. Does this sound like a fuse panel problem? I tried disconnecting the battery a few times to see if it would clear out the mess but it didn't. These couldn't all be linked to a bad battery could they? I believe it is the original battery from 07, but I bought it used so I really don't know. I checked it with a voltmeter and it read consistently above 12V

Bad ground in the engine compartment is the first place to check. There is a service bulletin on this particular ground. Go to the Stock problems section and look for the sticky thread for the TSBs.

or head to the Mods Electrical Section. either is more preferable than the R65 section as this is a common issue to the whole 2nd Gen car line.
