Recall Work Done
Had my recall work done on thursday at Bob Smith BMW/Mini in Calabasas CA, and let me just say how totally impressed I was. This was my first time dealing with an "import" dealer and I was just blown away by the customer service, professionalism and the cleanliness of the facility. I have only ever dealt with the likes of Ford, GM, and Chrysler before and I will NEVER be going back. My mom owns a Ford Edge and those service people are like inbred puppies compared to the people over at Bob Smith...
Fun Fact: the previous owner of my car purchased the extended maintenance plan, so I've got oil changes and brakes for another 16 months or up to 100k miles...

I took my wife's 2010 MCS in into MINI of Pensacola for the recalll work on March 13th at the appointed time. I was told ahead of time that it would take about an hour. About an hour and fifteen minutes later, it was done. The warranty work was done. They bled the brake lines and put in new fluid and they washed and vacuumed the MINI. That is what I call service.
I just have to give shout out to THE BEST MINI DEALER EVER! MINI of Murray in Salt Lake City, Utah. They performed the recall with precision and aplomb! I do believe MINI of Murray is the best dealer in Utah!?!

I took my wife's 2010 MCS in into MINI of Pensacola for the recalll work on March 13th at the appointed time. I was told ahead of time that it would take about an hour. About an hour and fifteen minutes later, it was done. The warranty work was done. They bled the brake lines and put in new fluid and they washed and vacuumed the MINI. That is what I call service.
For Mini of Pensacola. I have all my work done there except
oil changes (I do them). Also good, fast,
and efficient.

Recently took the MINI in for the aux H20 pump recall. They also did the timing chain tensioner seal "service action".
Very happy with NW MINI Tacoma service today - they also did the 2 year service 900 miles ahead of time, brake fluid change, air filter, micro filter, oil change etc. Replaced a non op chrome boot latch even though it was added after purchase. Had a 2011 S loaner for the day to boot...... They couldn't wait to pull the car into service at 8:15 AM..... Service advisor had the paperwork in hand as we walked in the door to pick up at 5:00 PM.... Oh and sat in a sweet Roadster while I waited for our MINI to be pulled around.
Total cost. Zero dollars. *PRICELESS*.
