Any errors or issues after installing WMW Performance BOV?

Just ordered one and wondered if there was anything I needed to look out for. Thanks in advance!

It helps to have small hands.

And 1/4" drive sockets. Other than that, it's straight forward.

You are talking the full BOV right, $229 or so? If so, I put one on my 07 S and it was fine for a couple of days and it worked except it threw a CEL code. Reset it and it did it again. Mechanic said the car just didn't like it so I removed it and put stock back on. The mechanic said it worked but I'd have the light on constantly. Didn't want that. No problems with the stock one. Oh well.

mini4tide, the WMW BoV is the same as the OEM one on 2011 MCS's. DOn't know if it helps... Richardsperry is right about having small hands!

Are we talking about the Forge piece WMW offers? It was a MONSTER pain in the *** to install, mostly because one bolt is almost completely hidden, but overall I love it. The fJCW cars need to install the green spring though. The yellow that's pre-installed is too soft. Luckily, post install swap was easy.

The WMW piece not the Forge. I've heard good things when it first came out, nothing really since.

I've been deliberating between the WMW BOV and the Alta spring. Can't seems to find a consenus on which is better, but am leaning towards the WMW because the price difference isn't much, and I wouldn't have to worry about a leaking seal with my original BOV.

They don't create power, they just let you get to your power faster.
