Hi All,
I notice the same screech sound coming from my mini whenever car is cruising,it goes on and off (the sound is something like scratching on metal) .

ANyone knows what is this sound about and if it is related to worn out suspension?

Does this happen at all when you apply the brakes? Have you ever had a brake job? What year and how many miles on your Cooper?

 

Leave her at home.

 

How do you know it's a "her". she could be driving and "he" is screeching.

 

It's a common side effect of motoring (for the driver that is).
