Installed the JCW Alcantara steering wheel

I ordered the JCW Alacantra/leather steering wheel along with the 2011 black mulitfunction controls and it took all of maybe 15 mins to install it. All I can say is WOW. That thing is so much better feeling than the stock wheel it's not even funny.

And yea, I got the carbon JCW trim for the bottom spoke...

I have the steering wheel too. Just a bit of advice, it will get dirty and if you take a wet cloth too it it will clean the alcantra up nicely.

Thanks but I know what the wheel looks like.

Part of the fun of this forum is seeing the actual pics of the mods other members have done for themselves in their own cars.

Yup, installed one about 2 years ago. Forgetting aesthetics for a moment (cause it is damn good looking) but ergonomically, it REALLY feels better driving.

Porthos is right about the cleaning... to the point I keep wet wipes in my car to wipe my hands down and also the suede. If you don't, it'll get matted and look like crap.

Maybe I'll just wear my old Simpson Talon nomex driving gloves...I'm sure these really old people will be better able to see my wild lunatic gesturing, when I'm wearing those safety orange gloves...lol
