Slow window when opening/closing door?

Hello,

I own a 2009 Mini Cooper S. I parked it today when I got to school and opened the door to get out. I noticed that the window was considerably slower to lower when I opened the door. I closed the door and noticed that it was also a bit slower to rise when I closed the door. I checked the passenger door to check that window but the passenger window is about two-times faster. Any tips?

Thanks!

I'd take it to the dealership if its still under warranty. It sounds like the motor on that window may be going bad.

I had a similar problem, recently. My drivers side window would not quite close all the way...a couple of days later the same started happening to the passenger side. I took it to the dealership and all they needed to do was reflash the window computer or whatever.

Thanks guys! My next service is due in a few hundred miles so I'll have them check it out then; the nearest dealer is about 200 miles away!
