You might want to try figuring out the part number(s) through realoem.com (I believe these were considered an accessory in Europe), then try ordering through pelicanparts.com with that part number. That worked for a friend of mine.
I was lucky - had my gf pick up a set from a dealer in Switzerland the last time she was there...

Go with New Mini Stuff. I got mine from them. They were the real OEM deal (and yes, heated), shipped pretty fast, and didn't stick it to me for shipping. Those mirrors were the first thing I bought my new Mini. I couldn't live without them after having them on my VWs for years.
