Is this a good price on new JCW ?

I'm looking at a 2010 JCW in Pepper white with an MSRP of 33K. They're offering 3K off for a cash purchase.... Good price ??? I'm in So Cal.

Just bought a new 2010 JCW last week with a MSRP of 32350. It came with the premium package (currently free), so my price before TTL was 28400.
