has anyone installed mud guards if so what type did you use and how hard was it to install them....cheers guys

My wife ordered hers from Moss Mini. They were not too bad to install, but did take a couple of hours. They would go a lot faster the second time!

 

I believe the mud guards available at most places are OEM parts. I haven't seen any non-MINI brand mud guards.

I installed mine because I didn't want to pay the dealership $150 per hour to do it. Not hard. Best to put the car on jack stands and remove the wheels. That means you should have a torque wrench so you can re-torque the lug bolts to 103 ft-lbs.
