Leaking PCV Hose?

Just installed an Alta turbo inlet hose. Apparently I broke the seal where the PCV hose connects to the cam cover as it is now slowly leaking oil onto the cover and making a mess. I know there's a U shaped clip that holds it in place, but can't figure out how to remove it to reseal the hose . Can anyone help?
Thanks, Dwight

Number 16? There are tabs on the bottom of the clip you have to push in and then get a flat bladed screwdriver between the hose and the clip and LIGHTLY pry up. Tada!

SHAZAM, it worked! Thank you, Jarid. Never would have figured that out by myself.
