It seems to me that when i start off its fine then when i get into second gear, about 3 to 4 rpm you can here a cracking sound when accelerating, but then it will stop until i decelerate. I thought it was suspension but couldn't find anything... Do you guys think its a clutch problem or something? I'm worried after time something bad will break if i push the car. It also started to happen after i got it back from the dealer.

 

Could it be YOU? might want to go see a head doctor for that? lol

If your friends can hear it too then may I suggest that you stop by your MINI dealer and have a technician ride along so that he/she can hear it also.

The tech can take it from there and give you a solution to your problem rather than continued speculation.
