@ Third Wave:

So why the switch from the convertible to the clubman, if you don't mind my asking?

And my current, and previous, orders bear the same codes:

ZP2 = Premium w/o HK $1250;
ZPP = Premium w/HK $1750;

So people who order the Premium "package" are still paying for the now standard MFSW? I mean, $1250 for just a sunroof....that doesn't sound like much of a "package" since it's one item. Anyone...anyone?

El Cid,
I probably had the abbreviation wrong for my MINI Cooper S Cabrio manual.
I've always had a Cabrio vice a clubman.

Pennysfbay- you also get the Auto- A/C with the sunroof in ZP2.

I notice the 2010 configurator is up at MINIUSA.com. The first thing I noticed is 3year/36k warranty. Wasn't it 4/48 uptil now?

Interesting, I can't build my car anymore, not without including bonnet stripes.

Anyone else have similar issues?

I built mine exactly as we did at the dealer on paper.
No problems. Printed a new brochure. Prices match what I was told.

Picture is now on my desktop.

C'mon week 41.

2010 Mini is on MINIUSA

I just noticed that the new packages are on MiniUSA now. WOW, $4500 for the Camden package, then Mini has the guts to charge you $500 more for the White Silver paint. Looks like no new non metallic paints available yet. The radio Harmon Karden is there for $750, which in my mind is a good deal. I didn't notice anything else new, maybe some things later. LSD is still there, by the way, but the MF/S is standard now, at least on the S models and JCW's.

When I rebuild, and add the sports package (with no bonnet stripes), it turns my car yellow. When I go back to paint color choices, BRG and one of the Blues are marked out. It looks like those two colors are no longer available with the sports package, and no bonnet stripes. That seems odd.

Can anyone clarify the limited slip issue? They were supposed to dc it in lieu of the EDLC, but it's showing up as an option.

MF/S, LSD & colors

Multi function steering wheel.....cruise control and radio controls on the steering column which used to be $250. extra, and also part of the Premium package.
LSD, Limited slip differential is suppose to be still avaliable until February it has been said. Also, no Mellow Yellow, or Pure Silver is shown now. Mini needs to get on the stick with more colors, I think.

When will my 2010 Mini Arrive??? Am getting impatient

My Mini appears to have left the UK about a week ago. Can anyone give me an ETA at Port Humeme (spelling?) in California? Does Mini always use Walleinus (also spelling??)?

Check out the first post in this thread. This will answer all of the questions you have (and some you didn't even know you had). I've used the various resources in that thread to track my car through the whole process.

The waiting is horrible, I know! Hang in there. It's just two more days for me before my pickup!
