I'm looking for some feedback. I will hopefully be picking up a new Sparkling Silver w/ Black roof in the next week or so. I'd like to do something different with the bonnet stripes than the typical OEM stripes. Here are my hack photoshop variations. I'd love to get your feedback since I'm having a hard time deciding.

What color is the interior?

I've installed black, burgandy, and even gold on this color and they all look great.

I like things different, and out of your choices above, I'd go chocolate brown with a black edge.

 

Chocolate w/ black pins...interesting. I'll have to mock that one up. The interior is the black leatherette. Thanks for your input!

Here's two mock ups of the chocolate w/ black pin stripes. One with stripes all the way down the bumper. One without. What do you think? I think I like the brown and black more than any of the other color combos.

I'd love to have you do them but I have two issues. The first is that I live pretty far away from NC. Second, I'm still waiting for the car. Signed for, paid for, but no car.

That is cool. Nice color choice on the stripes.

 

SS + Brown stripes? It's gonna clash bigtime with the shiny black A pillars and the top. Think this over carefully. I'd personally have to see a car with it before I committed, no photoshop mockups for me.

 

How about these? Charcoal from Cooper Flags! Kind of a dark metallic gray with a hint of brown in it.

 

Wow, T8rChick, I saw Daphne's graphics and fell instantly in love!!! Those are beyond awesome!! Are those a custom design or something Cooper Flags offers standard? I took a quick look at their site and didn't see it. Want want want!!

They're custom! I gave them pictures of MINIs that had graphics I like and some star tattoos I found online and Chad came up with what you see.

 

Stripes don't always have to match the roof color! I am not sure why black, brown and tan would clash...

I would want a sample of the vinyl first just to see how light variations affect the stripes. I originally was going to go with a more Burgundy shade for mine, but after getting a few samples, I went with a brighter Chilli Red shade. Metallic stripes vs flat stripes made more of a difference to me than color did.

I had him put viper stripes that are metallic charcoal gray w/ black pin stripes.
Unfortunately it was supposed to rain all day, which I feared would ruin my photo opp. So I decided to try and use the weather to my advantage and take the photos at night in the rain.

going to be adding two black stripes with two thin ones on the sides to my Dark gray coop. pictures eventually but what are peoples opinions on this choice?

 

I've held off doing stripes on my S.S. because I just could'nt decide what combination.Also, I have the same roof color.Now that I've seen the brown w/black pin stripes,I'm like YES thats awesome....Imo the black pinstripes will pick up the black pillars.

 

Also the S.S. has a beige tint to it so I think the dark brown w/black pinstripe will look great.
