R56 Fan doesn't shut off right away after turning off the engine
Yep, most of the time its the coolant leak at the thermostat, only a couple times I have heard its the relay issue. Mine Ran long after shut down on a cold day, that was pretty much the sign of the thermostat leak which then I looked on top of the transmission housing ( coolant pooling) to confirm.
