2009 1 touch windows questions

I have seen a lot of complains about the lack of 1 touch windows in the 2007 Cooper. I just accepted this as being a quirk of MINI. Today in another thread I saw someone saying it was just 2007 when this feature was missing. So could someone who has a 2009 answer these questions about the windows.

1. Do you have 1 touch down on the driver's window?
2. How about 1 touch up on the driver window?
3. Are there any 1 touches on the passenger's window?
4. Does the sunroof have auto open?
5. Can the sunroof auto close?
6. When you're away from the Cooper, will the sunroof and windows close if your rain sensor senses rain?

I have a 2009 Mini S Convertible.
(1) Yes, Press the down button quickly and let go, and it will continue to go down. This works on both the drivers and passenger, plus the button on the convertible that brings down all four windows at the same time.
(2) No. There is no 1 Touch up feature on any of the windows
(3) Yes for down. No for Up
(4) I'll let the Hardtop guys answer that, but on the Convertible, nope. You have to hold the button down to open the sunroof, and then to continue to go topless.

(6) That would be an awesome feature, but the answer is no. I have to stick my key in the drivers side key to close the top, sunroof or the four windows on the Convertible.

I do not have a sunroof but I can answer for the windows. Both the driver's side and the passenger's side windows are auto up and auto down. You only have to tap them in the correct direction and they move all the way up or down. As for the sunroof, if it doesn't already work that way, I would think that you could hire a computer programmer to write some code and transfer it to your Mini's computer.

If the door is open the auto up will not work. The sunroof does not have auto open/close but there is a brand new module that KP technologies came out with - we are currently waiting for Outmotoring to work out a group buy.

A rain sensing window closer would probably be one of the most useful features a car could have.

The sunroof will auto open with the first pull of the switch but only to the tilt position. No auto close.

It will also open to tilt position if you press and hold the open button on the key FOB as will the side windows. The action will stop as soon as you let go of the button.
