Does any one know if alta is still in business? I been trying to contact them email and by phone with any luck. Please let me know if I missed something.

I don't understand what everyone is saying about bad customer service. I called twice this week with questions about an order and got great service. This is the first time I have ordered from them but I have nothing to complain about. Even though the CAI's are out of stock.
Are you Serious? Its not the phone service that sucks, anyone can answer a phone. Simply answering the phones does not equate to"Good customer service."

Ya, they answered the phone & their PM's 70 times for me, but it took 7 months & I'm still out $750
Taking money doesn't equal good customer service, taking care of a defective product (or not selling defective crap in the first place) does.
If you have trouble getting ahold of Alta feel free to call us always glad to answer a question and help out. We have a ton of stuff in stock too. The only time during the day we don't answer the phone is when I'm stuck under a car and can't reach it. Sometime I do reach it and you'll get a funny play by play on whats happening at the shop.
