DS Window driving me insane... why?

Ok I'm hoping someone can help me because my dealer apparently does not know what is going on. This is the 3rd time my window has gone insane. Everytime I close the window it hits the top rim to seal and it automatically goes back down acting like my fingers were caught in the window. I can't get the window to stay closed. Also, the auto up/down the window does to seal itself after you open or close the door no longer works.

My dealer has said that it just needs a software update and that is what they've done the last 2 times. It works for about 2 weeks until I actually have to use the window and then it reverts to acting crazy.

Anyone know what is going on so I can get this fixed!!??? Thanks!

Thanks for those thinks. They were able to arm me with the correct info at the dealer. The dealer replaced the window motor/switch. Picked it up and no problems so far. I'll give it a few weeks because that is when it would mess up again after all of the "reprograms."
