R56 Emergency Braking Feel
Yeah... my 2008 MCS brakes are simply amazing, and up to the reviews car magazines gave them. When I was driving my friend around the town, and a stupid old Pontiac van decided to reverse out of a parking space when I was right on him, the brakes were wonderful... even solicited this comment out of my friend, "Damn, those are some good brakes!"
I've had one emergency braking situation in the 3-4 months and 7200 miles I've had this MINI, and yes, the pedal did feel squishier and somehow different, but it stopped incredibly well. It is the Brake Assist... my MA even told me about it. Whatever it is, it's a lifesaver.
