Question on driving lights...
I've ordered my PS MC with the factory driving lights. I think it's a great look, and that's what I've always pictured in my mind as being part of the MINI look. However, I've started wondering how well the lights would hold up in a fender bender. Due to the height of the lights and the height of the average US automobile rear bumper would they survive even a minor bump?
Yes, I know the burden is on me not to tailgate, but I have been rear ended before and pushed into the truck in front of me, so you never know what's going to happen.
I'm getting the lights no matter what, but just curious. (Got to do something until it gets here)

There's a joke somewhere about if you have the lights on you wouldn't be so close to the car in front, but actually you shouldn't have them one with anyone in front of you anyway! Oh well.
You are too bored waiting. Don't thing of accidents, think of curves.
