THERE IS A HUGE MINI EVENT GOING ON NEAR WILLIAMSBURG THIS SATURDAY!!!

The Guiness World Records is trying to gather as many MINIs in a parade as possible - breaking the 318 record held by Britain. It's in Rockahock Campground in Lexana, VA (near williamsburg). It starts at 2pm, and is $5 per person. There's a pre-registration form on the 7Cities MINI home page ( you can google it or search for it on NAM). They'll have the parade, a fair-type fun day, and a MINI car show. Hope you can make it!!!

Congrats! I'm Charlottesville, VA, but currently part of the "not quite an owner just yet club" Will be putting in my order soon. I'm also part of the River City Mini's.

We should put together a ride on the blue ridge parkway (once I finally get mine).

Hey kids! The Tar Heels MINI Motoring Club (THMMC) has a Roanoke chapter, and they're planning on a Blue Ridge run mid-to-late August. Also MacLeod (here on NAM and THMMC) are planning to do our own little zip-fest there - starting probably from the Roanoke area, but we haven't fully decided - on/about 16 AUG, since I may not be able to make it to the club thing. If you guys (have your car) and are interested by then, PM one of us and let us know. We're not experts or experienced by any means, but it might be kinda fun!
