I just can't wait!

I had so much fun driving the one at the dealer, and the one I ordered will be twice as much fun, so ... no! I can't imagine! I'm such a gadget freak that I will be in heaven I'm sure! And btw, I came very close to getting the Pepper White. It was a toss of the coin...black or white.

Alaska?

First off, welcome to the wonderful world of MINI!!!! Second, with your name being Chugiakgirl does this mean your from Chugiak, Alaska? If so..........cool! I grew up in Alaska living in Nome, Fairbanks and Juneau. In fact, I was just back in Juneau and Sitka and I saw a lot more MINI's in both cities than I thought would ever be there. Servicing them up there must suck! If Chugiakgirl has nothing to do with the city, then please disregard, but welcome just the same!!

Chugiak Alaska is correct!

Yes, I lived in Chugiak for 12 years. I've lived in the midwest now for 4 years and I miss Alaska terribly... Hoping to get back there permanently one of these years. Alaska is wonderful...I can't imagine how fantastic it would be to drive to Denali in the Mini! I'm pretty sure that the people living in the Anchorage area can get their Mini serviced at Stepp Brothers BMW. Oh, and btw, thanks for the welcome! I just looked my Mini up successfully for the first time on miniusa.com today! Hurray! It's on order!!!

Same here. I got rid of my BMW X5 last month, and I was happy to see it go. Every time I went to the gas station to fill up that beast, I would get angry. It was a nice car, but very much a gas guzzler.
