Extended Decor Rings?

Im comparing two different configurations. One is an MC and the other is an MCS. Im noticing "Extended Decor Rings" appears on the MC invoice but not on the MCS. It lists for $0 USD. Does anyone know what this is?

...after more searching im thinking its cause the mcs doesnt have the hi fi. But it didnt seem definate.
