One of the services that my shop offers is Tint. I offer Llumar's line and us and our customers have been very happy. I run 50% on the sides (our area is a stickler on state limit), 35% on the rear window and 15% on the roofs.

It will still look like this though:

Mine looks just about like that I was hoping for no outline at all I wish they would not use the little dots anymore and just do a solid edge to them so you don't have that tint circle :-(

what would happen if you use like 15% tints for just the dot matrix outline? you think it would clean it up a bit?

I wonder if you could use a razor blade and scrape the dots off without harming anything.

Im in Cali, so Im a Kings fan, but Dec 2006, went to NYC and saw a Rangers game. One of the best times Ive ever had. NYC residents rock! Very nice! Made the whole game even more enjoyable.

Anyone got pics of a lighter tint? Say 70%? Just after a look rather than dimming.

Plate Holder = coolest thing I've seen on a MINI thus far
Team = looking pretty bad on the ice nowadays. We need Avery and a goal scorer, badly. A new GM wouldn't hurt, either. Classy banner raising ceremony for Bathgate and Howell tonite, though.

Had mine done yesterday. Told the guy to use the same % as he did on my Vette two years ago. He said he used 50%. I questioned him thinking it was darker than that. He convinced me it was 50%. I gave him the green light and after he was finished it was definitly lighter than the other car. It does look good and cost only $150, I can live with it, it looks nice anyway.
