The letters 'MINI' are blue on the cap on my wheels. Is there a film over it, or is this normal? I kind of like it, but I don't want to look like an idiot. I felt around to see if it was film, and I couldn't feel anything.

 

Yup, there's a protective film over the center cap. The dealership should have removed it prior to delivery just like the door sill plates when you open the doors. Of course, you're free to leave it on there if you like it!

 

Well, they also left some protective plastic on the rest pedal...they didn't detail it at all.
