Convenience pack unlocking question

Trying again, I think the forum ate my first attempt.

I have the convenience pack and know that I can unlock the driver's door by pressing the little black button on the door handle while I have the fob in my pocket. Is there a way to unlock both (or all) doors from outside of the vehicle without using the fob?

TIA,

Richard

yes..if your car is setup for unlocking both doors with single pull, either door button or fob button will uinlock both at same time. You do lose the lock on drive away function if that matters to you. Persoanlly, I find the dbl pull a PIA and galdly traded it to lock my own dorrs via the switch panel if need be.

It can be resst via the steering wheel coumn setuo menus. See your manual ( I had my MA do it because I am menu challenged)

Had same problem. Just fixed it last night via the menu as mentioned. The process involves following pictograms that would be too hard to describe here in text, but your manual has the process with pictures. Not hard at all.
