Custom emblems

Im currently exchaniging emails with vinylstyles to get custom emblems that look like
but with pepper white where the red is and instead of the mini logo in the center im thinking of doing
with the blue being black and all the white being pepper white.

i think itll look really slick but was wondering if anyone has seen something like this done or have pictures. thanks in advance

the front has holes & tape. not sure if the back is the same. the letters are taped.
Edit: I didn't catch this was in the 2007+ model forum, so the above is probably inaccurate.

Speaking of emblems....I want to take off the "cooper" letters on the back that are going to be put on my MC when it arrives...how easy of a process is that? My MA says that the dealership won't do it b/c they can pull the paint off.....

I was thinking of using dental floss behind the letters to pull them off....I'd like to go for th clean look in the back....

any ideas? are they just on there with a little glue?

Edit: ***I'm moving this question to new thread.***

i think the bmw logo would look awesome instead of the mini... I might consider doing something like that if vinylstyles does follow through...

That's what you do to remove them to put on new rear stripes and it sure didn't hurt my paint. Yes, just a little glue.

I know you moved this, but its seriously a 10 minute job. Use fishing line instead of floss, its slices better. Little goo gone on the remaining tape and a little finger rubbing and you are golden!

I will note however, that after using goo gone, you should wax at least the body panel. You're going to remove wax with goo gone. It'd be a good excuse to do the whole car though.

Great idea. That's exactly what I now plan on doing.

I figure it shouldn't take too long to wax the entire car.

Thanks alot.
