Grinding noise in 3rd gear

I have a 07 MCS with 6000 miles. It makes a grinding noise when I change into 3rd gear or 4th gear. Has anyone experienced this before.

I get the same sometimes but dismissed it as just missing the timing of the shift. Although it only seems to happen when shifting from 2nd to 3rd.

Before MIB's second gear went out there was a lot of grinding noise. Take in and have them check it out.

Mine is kind of different. For the first 5 - 10 mins in the morning it seems to work fine. Then after that everytime I have to shift to third or fourth gear it makes this gear grind like something is not right. Very different from the normal engine sound.
