R56 17" Runflat, Directional Tires?
With that set up, the LF and LR tires will channel water into the tread path, which causes hydroplaning. The RF and RR will channel the water away from the tread path, but will splash more water under the car. You need to have the LF and LR flipped (unmount from the wheel, flip the tires, and remount). As for the ones on the right, you need to flip them as well, but what you'll end up with is basically two left shoes. Looks like someone sold you all left tires.
To me the Right rear and Right Front tires look correct as far as tred design and how water would escape when driving.
I found out these are "asymetrical" tires so they can be mounted on any position of the car but they must be mounted on the rim correctly. (which they are).
I think dunlop needs to make these direction tires because of the tred design.
Can other MINI owners of this same tire Dunlop SP Sport 01 post pictures of your two rear L&R tires and let us know if the tred design is backwards on one tire? It would be greatly appreciated.

Thnaks jeff i do understand that. I was just talking about the tred design itself. To me the tred design is backwards on one tire ( dependig on what side on car then the other. I dont think its a big deal.
Here is a GFX I made up of what tires look like mounted on my car now. See how the inner tred design of the left tires look opposite than the right? I dont know if that will affect warer flow when driving.
Maybe im just a OCD
