I just purchased a 08 MCS today Chili Red w/ Sport, Cold, Convenience Package, Anthracite Roof, and Upgrade Stereo! Should be here third week of March and I can't wait!!!

Questions:

I am not a big fan of the new mini's rear, as you can see the silver suspension arms and looks very "unfinished" is there any solutions out there? I was think of painting it flat black when i get the car.

What mods/vendors are out there for the 08 MCS?

Any aftermarket vendors that make the heliport roof graphic for cheaper?

I got $500 off MSRP? Decent Deal?

Lastly should i get the chrome line package?

Congratulations. Have you found the threads about tracking your MINI through production and transport? If you are on the west coast, you can watch your ship go through the Panama Canal.

Some have painted them black. Search and you should be able to find the thread here or in the suspension mods forum.

Personally, I wouldn't get the interior package. You will get reflections of various dash elements in the windows, and glare in your eyes with the sun in certain positions.

The exterior chrome is an aesthetic decision. Some like chrome, some don't. Don't get it you plan to black everything out.
