6 weeks here, but my build got bumped up because it was close to something already in production that was not spoken for. The MA said each dealership has a certain number of slots in the production run, for what that's worth. So, there may be more variables than what coast and post production install.

Mine arrived the day I was out looking at Mini's at the dealership. I wanted a fairly stripped down MCS in DS/DS and my car presented itself as I was talking to the MA. He said "do you want to take it for a ride?" My only option that it didn't have that I wanted was the LSD.

I took her out for a spin, and it was love in first gear, ......... I mean first sight. I was floored at the handling as it far, far exceded my expectations as I had driven a uset 06 convertible the day before and wasn't at all impressed. I couldn't believe the difference between the stick and the automatic not to mention the 06 vert and the 07 coope.

I had them draw up the papers and do the dealer prep and drove it home a couple of hours later!

Ordered 06/03/07, picked up 08/06/08 (though he was there a couple days before). I was quoted 60-90 days when I ordered.

Thanks, this has been 6 of the longest weeks of my life. I think the time waiting for my MINI is moving slower than it did while I was down range. Sure am, been stationed here going on 5 years over two different tours now. Can't complain being Army stationed on an Airbase.

Yeah, Ramstein (K-Town) is a cool place to be. Centrally located, you can get to anywhere in Central Europe pretty quickly.

Enjoy your new Mini...it's going to be fun to drive on the Autobahn

Thanks for your service!!!!!!

It depends on the dealer's allotment if you are ordering a Clubman. I ordered in mid-December and hope to see it the end of March. Scheduled for wee 9 build.

That's correct - I ordered 12/8. But I don't think the order went in till late December per allotment.

MA claimed 6-8 weeks, but it ended up taking exactly 4 from the day I ordered to delivery.

However I'm in PA which is close to the first point of entry (NJ) and I didn't spec any VDC or dealer installed options.

As others have said, main factors to consider are your dealer's allocation, location and your MINI's options. Best of luck!

Most of my customers cars come in around the 6 week mark. Some take longer, some shorter, of course. The shortest time-frame was 4 weeks from order to delivery. And it was a wierd car. Cooper, nav, auto, xenon, non-sport seat, no fogs, rain sensor, arm rest. So, not really the options that make the trip longer. She caught all the right boats and trucks it seems. I loved her car and her though, she was a just plain awsome customer. I guess i get lucky and get all the hardcore MINI enthusiasts.

Wow, to NC especially, that's incredibly fast!

Should have specified, I wasn't referring to factory options but rather the presence or absence of dealer/VDC add-ons.

It was pure luck that got mine to me so fast as well. Was being built just one day after ordering, caught a truck to the port the morning after it finished assembly, was loaded on a ship the same day it arrived at the port, flew through the VDC in only 2.5 days and got a truck from the VDC the evening it cleared.

I'm sure you have no control over this but since you're an MA...it would be incredible if Mini could update their Owner Lounge a bit more often.
