thanks for sharing your mountain of wealth with us. after reading all these posts/threads the last 3 days i know more now !
i have a silly observation after having read alot of the oil change posts/threads dating back to '07......(one posted he uses redline oil...but NONE ever pondered royal purple.) i wondered why DAN was the ONLY one to use royal purple? cost? ($8 bottle at oreilly's and they have wix filter for like $12 ......might be more expensive but ALOT of car guys in houston WORSHIP royal purple) i have previously used it in 2 mustang cobras, and a focus svt
castrol/mobil 1's popularity/marketing campaigns makes them seem better but as you so eloquently have posted many times to look for the a3/b3 standard...which is better for our engines!
my non-s cabriolet will get the ROYAL treatment this weekend!
