R56 Can You Adjust Rear Camber R56
Can You Adjust Rear Camber R56
I am under the impression the R56 Cooper S has a small amount of camber adjustment possible in the rear of the car. Is this done by adjusting the lower control arms. Can someone more specifically tell me how this can be done.
Does anyone have an idea if these specs sound right for a JCW Suspension.
Front
Toe 0 deg
Camber - .5 deg (non adjustable)
Caster 4 deg
Rear
Toe 0 deg
Camber -1.0 deg
What are your recommendations for rear camber
One more question
My mechanic installed the kit but he did not want to install the front
sway bar because he said he would have had to disconnect the drive by wire and he did not have the software to reload it. He knew he had to drop the sub frame and the steering rack and said he could have done that but did not want to mess with the drive by wire. I guess I will take it to BMW for the front bar just to be safe.

Yep the rear camber can be adjusted.....you do it by turning the 12 point bolt on the lower lateral link( where it connects to the trailing arm) after you loosen the bolt. The bolt goes through an off-center slug, so when you turn the 12 point head, you can adjust the camber a little.
