Help removing headrest?

Hoping someone can give me a some assistance - I bought the seat belt holders from Minspeed - but I can't for the life of me remove the headrests - the MINI Manual says to press the button in and I could remove them, but maybe I'm just a weakling??? :p

Any advice?

Thanks!

I've done it. On the outside / door side of the top of the seat, there's a small button to press. And yes, after that, it's just pull up. Like swapping a shifter ****, I suppose.

That is true ONLY for the rear seats.

After raising the headrest as far as it goes from that button, a "button" will pop-out (be flush) on the opposite side. Press in on that button and slide the headrest all the way out.
