Wholly dependent on where you're located and the build week assigned to your MINI. With that info I could be of better help.

Your MA should be able to give you a good estimate. As Msteadman said, we cannot make a guess for you without knowing your location and if there is a wait list at your dealership.

It can range anywhere from about 4-5 weeks to well over 3 months (if you are on the West Coast). Your MA should be well aware of transport times to the dealership, any waiting list for the dealership, and the number of build slots available for that dealership.

For me, it was 12 weeks to the day that I placed my order until I took delivery. I had a little over a months waiting time on a waiting list, and since I live on the West Coast I had the added shipping time for the transport ship to go down through the Panama Canal (the West Coast takes roughly 21 days in shipping, this could increase more depending on any delays going through the Canal, while I believe the East Coast shipping times vary somewhere along the lines of 9-12 days.)

Sorry bout that - went to shower and now it looks like your question is answered.
Best of luck! The wait is a major pain, but once it arrives built completely to YOUR specifications it'll be all worth it. Not to mention if your MINI is already on a boat then the wait is half over.

You were lucky it was only 43 days

My wait was almost twice as long at 84 days.

But it was well worth it in the end. I'm a very happy camper .

My delivery experience

Hey guys, just in case this helps someone else set their expectations for a west coast delivery, here is the breakdown of my experience.

Car: F56 JCW hardtop 2 door
Dealer location: East Bay Mini, CA

Ordered Nov. 17th
Loaded onto boat... can't remember and tracking site is down! But was probably Dec. 15th or so.
Unloaded from boat Jan 15th (Port Hueneme)
Left VDC Jan 18th
Arrived at dealer Jan. 20th (Pleasonton, CA)

Best,
Brian
