Don't know if the mods will kill me but below is a posting by a fellow Mini owner in Indiana. Poor health and his 02 S with 13k something miles is not running and he cannot fix it.

Been having discussions today in the Gen 1 Forum and I have said if closer I would go help this guy get the car running so that he does have to give a non-running car away. When you see the mods he had installed you will see this could be one very nice car.

Anybody in the area willing to help? I got no problem buying the man a battery to help.
