Is it bad...

to have your 10 year old daughter run into the bedroom at 6:30am, get you out of bed, throw on some shorts and take a spin in the brand new MINI?

We went for a spirited ride around the neighborhood this morning, her in her jammies, hair all wild, and a big ole grin on her face (me too).

When we got home, we skipped breakfast and hunkered down online, picking out vanity plates for our new MINI.

I don't think it gets much better than that!

Is it bad? I don't think so!

What a cool way to share time with your daughter and bond together!

Spontaniety is the spice of life and I must say that you're living it to the fullest. Of course having a MINI helps a bunch too!

You are sooo right... I don't think it gets much better than that!

Enjoy life and Motor On!

Now try to imagine that same story being told about a Camry. Ha!

If you are really asking... I would have opted to make pancakes together and skipped the computer.

My kids love mine, but never would they get up voluntarily at 6:30.

We made scrambled eggs with some leftover hamburger squished up in there, onions, and salsa!

That was after we took mom for a spin through the 'hood too.

Later, we get to drive it down to Arizona State Univ. to watch the women's soccer team play San Diego. Maybe we'll leave early to get back in the driver's seat!

I took a friend and her 2 year old daughter on a 180 mile motor in my MCS. I have never met a 2 year old who would do that without a nap along the way or so much as a peep of complaint. Her 72 yo grandmother is thinking of making a MINI her next car.

MINI's appeal is as wide as it's torque curve...

Like Korby said, "It's all good."

Pics?

Thanks for puttin a big ol grin on my face this Sunday before the Raiders game. I'll need all the help I can get to keep the smile going, for sure.
You should have had someone snap PICTURES! Or even a video!!! Then we could really holler out loud.
Great story...proof that Minis are more good ol' FUN than just about anything else.

That is a precious story! I love it...from the excited wake up call, to the motoring, to the visual of the little one still in her PJs, to picking the vanity plate, to taking Mom thru the 'hood, to making breakfast.

What a GREAT family Sunday for y'all....all because of a MINI ~ not just a car, a lifestyle!

MLWags, yes I'm in the ATC biz.

soul e, since my daughter has mad passion for soccer, it's SOCRMNI or some variation of that "soccer" and "MINI" combo. We're limited to 7 places so have to hack up our ideas some. It's pretty cool on the website, we can look up and see if our ideas are available or not.

I guess my original idea of "RLN LRG" doesn't quite work now that I've got the little beast in the garage!
