R56 a question about sport suspension

a question about sport suspension

will the sport suspension lower the mini a bit? or is it the same as the standard suspension?.... because i dont really notice a difference between the two

same height as far as I know. JCW suspension will lower it by .25-.5" as I understand. Sport suspension provides better handling than stock, however.
