I am considering chrome line exterior. I really just want to have the lower front grill chrome. Don't really care for the mirror caps. Should I add it or do they sell the lower grill chrome surround? The car's color is Dark Silver and black roof and mirrors, would it look good with the chrome line exterior? Any one with pictures?

I know I've seen a DS MINI with the chrome mirror caps. I think he had the JCW aero kit too though so it wouldn't be exact. It was somewhere in the later half of the "Show me your R56" thread.

 

Call Classic MINI's parts dept. I'd bet you could buy just the piece you want & install it yourself.

I wanted chrome line ext but white mirror caps.

I have seen DS/bl/chrome mirros and it looks nice (still prefer the blk but chrome are not bad)

 

I'm in the other camp, I'd like chrome mirrors and a chrome boot handle but I don't care for the trim around the lower grills. Has anyone looked to see how the lower grill trim is attached?
