13 months ago, the very day after I picked up my MINI, I had 3 adult males and three full sets of golf clubs in bags for a 45 minute jaunt to the course. Nothing sticking out of the sun roof or windows either. Had to move the front seats up a little further than normal, but that was it. The bags were stacked slightly diagonal with the headcovers behind the left side of the driver's seat.

It is unquestionably doable...particularly if you both (1) really love to show off your MINI ; and (2) really love to golf!

 

A friend of my moms was considering a cooper vs a midsize honda sadan.
She measured the back and found that she could fit her loom in the mini but not in the midsize car!

 

now thats something that makes you go hhmm

 

Once you fold the clubs it's easy to fit them in the boot.

FYI - I looked at a 2025 Mini 2 door yesterday and actually place my clubs, bag and all, in the boot with the drivers side rear seat down. My bag is 3' long and my driver is 44" and it did in fact fit straight in without having to slant the bag.
