i would also be quite pissed! that is quite sometime to have had your deposit in!!! why so long, i mean the whole ordeal seems to really be dragging out for you!!! that sux!

I just got an e-mail from MINI Richmond, telling me my OB MINI has arrived, it was suppose to be here Aug 17. Check with the dealership tomorrow, your car might be here.

Well here is a quick pic I remembered to take just after I mounted the S-lites and 215-45-17 Hankook RS2's on the mini. (You can see my miata in the background, now relegated to "weekend toy" status.)

Still in breakin but first roadtrip to Toronto this past weekend and now southwestern ontario means I am getting closer to 2000km.

Hope everyone else is enjoying their cars and that our Vancouver friends are getting theirs soon!

I just call it "the goat", or more correctly, "the minigoat", since my departed VW GTI was "the goat".

 

my MINI is still nameless as of yet, there are a couple that I am throwing around. Am planning a trip to the rockies this weekend (jasper) perhaps the name will become more solidified up there?
the clear bra is 3m it was 450.00 for the 18" hood, fenders, mirror, front bumper and headlights..

my tint is limo (5%) with nothing on the front sides as it is illegal here in alberta and I drive plenty of hiways and do NOT want to tempt the police! LOL

Just got it for over a day now.

I can't stop myself taking glances at it when I was at work (fortunately, I sit by the window overlooking the parking lot). And I also caught some people turning their heads as they walk by my new Mini. I must say it is a beauty.
