May sales numbers
Autoblog is reporting that Mini sales are up over 8% for May over last year.

I don't recall seeing any '06s on The Woodlands lot on the 5th of May. I am pretty sure they were out of them.
That leaves convertables to impact the R56 count. I wouldnt even guess at the percentage!
Even so, since soft tops were also counted in the count last year, lets just assume an equal percentage of sales went that way.
Improvement is good, especially if other manufacturers are slumping.
