Jinxed it. Driving into work this morning, Mini on a Lift came back & all the associated symptoms. Nearly made it 2 weeks fault free.

A flat battery generally leads to FRM software corruption, which I don't think is a good fit for your apparent intermittent FRM issues. Given that you have a R57, water intrusion and FRM connector pin corrosion may be a better fit.

Pull all fault codes and post them.
